Designation HR Manager
Description EDUCATION: Professional degree in HR, preferably Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in personnel Management and HR EXP: GM:8 to 12 Years:in Manufacturing set up, multi location organizational experience will have advantage. PERSONALITY: Outgoing, persuasive selling of ideas and systems to the 150 + internal management staff. Clear and corrective thinking. High degree of perseverance and strong will and determination to achieve finishing line. The person must be a change agent to help transform the organization from classical to contemporary, with full Management support and freedom. The person should be clear about Africa and Nigeria and willing to work in co-operation with other Indian Managers and local authorities.
Desired Profile Main responsibilities are: Human resource development. HR policies, HR budget. HR systems, including performance appraisal Gradation system, Job profile documentation Facilities planning, standardization of facilities. Organization structure, determination and streamlining HR interventions for productivity increase across the functions. Identifying placement needs, recruitment, induction and induction program docket with guide. Identifying training and coaching needs and arranging the requisites. Travel arrangements Immigration Department management. Security Vehicles administration Houses administration General administration, telephones, intercoms, etc. Any other related HR issues.
